Refunds and cancellation, in plain language.

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Your organization's first paid subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If KeptQR isn't what you needed, email [email protected] within 30 days of the first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per organization, to its first subscription only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

2. Canceling your subscription

Cancellation is self-serve: open Settings → Billing in your dashboard and manage your subscription through the billing portal. No email required. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then simply doesn't renew. Outside the 30-day guarantee, we don't refund partial billing periods.

3. What happens after you cancel

Your codes keep redirecting — every one of them, at full speed, indefinitely. That's the Code Lifetime Promise, and it does not depend on payment. Everything else moves to the Free plan: within Free's limits, editing, scan tracking, and analytics keep working at the Free tier; if you have more dynamic codes than Free includes, editing and scan tracking pause until you're within the limit or resubscribe. Come back anytime and pick up where you left off.
